Pricing & Orders

Custom Orders

Custom-made furniture cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged once production has started, except in the case of a verified manufacturing defect.

Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, transport, weather, or other unforeseen events.

Customers are responsible for ensuring products can be safely delivered through entrances, staircases, and elevators.

Warranty

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

It does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear

• Accidental or improper use

• Water or moisture damage

• Unauthorized repairs or modifications

Warranty coverage may vary by product.
